Welcome to the IBEX Information Machine: the home of Africa's finest Specialised Information Channels ready for use in Education, News Analysis, Report Writing, Research, Trends Reporting, Events Tracking, Politics, Business Development and Information Systems.

Our IBEX-1VC Engine identifies, collects, filters, aggregates, categorises and broadcasts specialised RSS streams (or channels) of information pertaining to the continent of Africa.

Some of these specialised information channels are available free on this website and can be used in a variety of ways for a variety of purposes.

Here are some examples of IBEX channels;

Building Collapses & Structural Failures in Africa (Channel 3)
Telecommunications in Nigeria (Channel 17)
The Banking Industry in Nigeria (Channel 22)

Each channel page offers two primary links; the RSS Link and the History link.

If, for example, you would like to be kept up to date on a particular channel topic you can subscribe to the channel on a browser or news reader using the RSS Link. Every time the channel broadcasts a new item it will be automatically be picked up by your reader and be made available to you without further effort.

On the other hand, if you are researching or tracking a particular subject, you use the History link to take you to an archive page where all items are displayed.

There are many other uses for IBEX streams such as publishing news on websites or cellphones and feeding data to expert and AI systems.

The IBEX-1 Information Engine currently generates 100,000 channels. Each channel is manually tested and monitored before being added to the list available on this website.
